It's honestly sad that in this day and age, home owners should be excited at the idea of a contractor who responds to a request for a proposal, receives said proposal in a reasonable amount of time, one who commits to the work, shows up on time, and completes the work accurately, professionally and on time. But, that's what you get with Roof Zen. We had them come out to replace a gutter and they identified something else on the roof that we weren't even aware of. There was no upsell; Mike showed us exactly what the issue was with our skylight and we realized quickly that it was more important than the gutter. However, we had him do both. As luck would have it, we had serious rain and storms just a few days later and everything was sealed up perfectly. Can't express how happy we are with Roof Zen and will 1000000% be calling them back in the future for windows, other roof work, and potentially some new siding.
